Last updated [DATE]
These are the companies that process data on our behalf to run Team Memory.
1. Core service
Supabase, Inc.: database, sign-in, background functions and file storage. Region: [SUPABASE REGION].
Anthropic, PBC: AI processing of chat content (extraction, answers, translation). United States.
Vercel Inc.: website hosting. Global edge network.
2. Optional, depending on what you use
Resend: email delivery for reminders and digests, if email is enabled.
Stripe, Inc.: payments for paid plans.
Expo (650 Industries, Inc.): delivery of phone push notifications, if you turn them on.
Railway: runs the always-on WhatsApp and Telegram connections (and the Discord connector), which keep linked accounts’ logins encrypted and pass new messages to the database.
3. Chat apps you connect
Telegram, Slack, Discord and WhatsApp are the platforms where your chats live. Team Memory receives messages from the chats you connect: through the official interfaces of Telegram, Slack and Discord, and for WhatsApp as a linked device, the way WhatsApp Web works (not an official WhatsApp interface). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
4. Changes
We will update this list and notify owners of business plans at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor that handles workspace content.
